The People Behind Michigan Home Watch

Brian is a Michigan native who was born and raised in Birmingham. He has spent more than 30 years in the building industry, primarily as a superintendent. A former builder's license holder, he has designed and built commercial and residential properties from the ground up, giving him a practical understanding of how to identify and address issues when they arise. Through his separate business, Wood, Metal, Stone LLC, Brian collaborates directly with architects, interior designers, and property owners to create custom furniture, sculptures, entryway gates, and entertainment spaces for clients seeking distinctive, artistic work.

Brian provides field oversight for all home monitoring visits. He has preferred trade professionals when additional services are desired/required, but is happy to work with any of the clients established relationships. Brian is available to discuss his background and credentials and, upon request, share a portfolio of award-winning projects to better understand each client's specific needs.

Trish is a Michigan native who was born and raised in Royal Oak. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and a master's degree in taxation from Walsh College. A CPA for more than 20 years, Trish has worked with probate attorneys at a large law firm and served as a senior controller for a single-family office. She currently oversees the accounting department at a boutique investment firm and supports its managing member in a range of capacities. Under a separate LLC, Trish offers services for probate attorneys who use our home watch services.  She can assist with the preparation of initial inventories and statutory accountings under MCL 700.5418.

Trish lives by the motto, “Why put off to tomorrow, what you can do today?” She handles the back office and is dedicated to delivering the attentive communication and trusted service that gives particular clients assurances that their needs will be met.
